How delivery works
We don’t run a delivery fleet. For every order we book a trusted rider, so you always know who is coming and what it costs.
1. You order, we cook
Pay online with MoMo or card, or choose to pay on arrival. The kitchen confirms and starts cooking straight away.
2. We book your rider
When your food is nearly ready we book a rider (our own, or a trusted Bolt or Yango rider) and text you their name, phone number and fee.
3. Pay the rider on arrival
The delivery fee goes straight to the rider when they hand over your food, in cash or MoMo. If you chose to pay on arrival, you pay for the food then too.
